Bio

Hailing from Ellicott City, MD, Aiden Interrante is a trumpet player with a mind for music as a means for connection. With a distinct approach rooted in the tradition of jazz, he focuses on using music to bring people together. Musically, he is inspired by jazz giants Dizzy Gillespie, Charlie Parker, Charlie Shavers, Clark Terry, Roy Eldrige, Wynton Marsalis, and many more.

Aiden makes his unique contribution to Baltimore’s Jazz scene by participating in regional and local ensembles. He won the US Army Blues Solo Competition in 2022, being given the opportunity to record and perform with the world-renowned US Army Blues ensemble. He has also had the distinct privilege of performing at Baltimore soundstages Keystone Korner, An Die Musik, and The Hargrove.

Aiden is currently under the tutelage of maestro Sean Jones, while finishing his bachelor’s degree at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore.
